February 2020 Update:

Hardware is done and in house! Software testing continues and alpha testing (in-house) is nearly complete. Once it is, there will be a brief (hopefully) beta test period to test the system across different ISPs, routers and home environments. Assuming this all goes smoothly, we are looking at a March launch now. We were hoping to launch this month, but we ran into delays over Chinese New Year and now the Coronavirus! As we head into March, we will provide specific instructions for how the upgrade will be handled and how to get in the queue if you own a nova.

As a reminder...

The SKY module will have a suggested retail price of $300 but will be made available to all existing nova owners for $125, including shipping both ways, for a limited time. This is our way of saying “thank you” for your patience and continued support. We sincerely appreciate it!

Please note that the wireless input upgrade must be performed by Peachtree and we will provide instructions for sending your nova in for the upgrade the process is initiated.

(If you are located outside the US, upgrades will be done by an authorized Peachtree service center. Pricing and instructions to be announced.)

Around the same time we begin performing upgrades, production novas will be made available with the SKY upgrade installed for +$200 at retail.

The SKY upgrade accepts wireless streams over Wi-Fi and currently supports the following streaming services using a LinkPlay app:

• qobuz
• Tidal
• Spotify Connect
• deezer
• Pandora
• Napster
• TuneIn
• iHeartRadio

In addition, we are working on support for Amazon Music HD. Audio may also be streamed directly to a nova SKY using Bluetooth. This is helpful if a streaming service or device you are using is not currently supported by the LinkPlay family of apps or if you want to make a quick wireless connection to a nova SKY and listen over Bluetooth.

We will continue to monitor the streaming audio services and methods our customers use most often in an effort to remain current with the most popular ones. The streaming music marketplace is constantly evolving and we can not guarantee that we will support your wireless streaming service or application of choice.
