Máy đĩa than rất là nhiều model và nhiều hãng sản xuất do đó với câu hỏi chung chung như trên cũng không dễ mà giải đáp, có chăng cũng là lọ mọ phỏng đoán. Theo em, bác nên google cái số model của cái máy, giá mà ra được cái manual là thượng sách. Tìm không ra cũng có thể phải theo dõi thiên hạ trao đổi để thu lượm thông tin. Nếu không tìm được gì, mà khéo tay thì tự mò mẫn lấy. Cùn lắm !!....chỉ có cách là nhờ anh/em kinh nghiệm hoặc thợ xem giùm. Bác nên tháo nắp dưới máy ra quan sát và tự tìm hiểu nghuyên lý hoạt động thì mới biêt rõ nó hỏng thế nào và tìm cách khác phục thôi chứ nah em đoán bệnh qua mạng thế này cũng khó! Về cơ bản khi tay cơ chuyển đến vị trí gần các vòng trong cùng khi hết ránh ghi nhạc nó sẽ tác động vào một cơ cấu hoặc là đẩy một chi tiết cơ học vào rãnh cam dùng lực quay của mâm đĩa tác động lên một cần nhấc tay cở lên và chuyển ra ngoài. hoặc tác động vào một công tắc điện kích hoạt một mo tở làm quay trục cam đẩy cơ cấy tay cần nhấc lên và quay ra ngoài. Vậy bác hãy đẩy tay cơ vào gần vị trí trong cùng của đĩa đồng thời quay mâm đĩa quan sát xem nó hoạt đọng thế nào thì sẽ rút ra đựoc kết luận! chúc thành công!
Em cũng đã mở ra quan sát, nhưng do nó không còn hoạt động được nữa nên chẳng biết nguyên lý thế nào. Em cũng thấy có 1 cần phía dưới khi kéo cần này thì kim tự động trả về. Em đoán là đến hết đĩa sẽ có 1 phần nào nữa tác động vào cái cần này nhưng mà không thấy, và cũng không biết nếu chỉ là cơ học thì làm cách nào để nhận biết là đến rãnh cuối cùng vì các đĩa khác nhau hình như có đường kính dãnh cuối cùng không bằng nhau.
Mâm của em cũng thế, khi hết đĩa nó không tự động chạy ra được. Các Bác có kinh nghiệp chỉ giúp, mâm của em là Micro MR411.
Phần lực tác động để cần truyền động kéo tone-arm về chính là lực quay của mâm đĩa đó bác, bác ktra kỹ lại xem sao. Thân.
em muốn nói là cái dãnh cuối cùng chứ không phải là rãnh hết nhạc. trước khi đến rãnh này thì vòng xoáy vào tâm nhanh hơn rãnh nhạc, không biết có phải nó dùng lực này để tác động vào cơ cấu nào đó để cho kim ra không. Phức tạp quá, có khi như bác nói cứ để đến hết cho kim ra lại hay, thế với đúng kiểu analog

Như cái Pioneer chẳng hạn : Tự động thì : 1/ Nó có chữ full automatic gần nhãn hiệu Pioneer 2/ Bên tay phải chỗ tay cơ có nút gạt ARM ELEVATION : up - down 3/ Có nút gạt manual 4/ có nút gạt : start cut - repeat Còn máy auto.... bằng tay thì chỉ có nút : vòng quay đĩa, on-off, chống sốc kim. Everything works well accept it will not auto return. Can someone tell me by looking at this picture if any of the mechanics under the platter look out of place? I stated moving things around and now I'm not sure if everythings right or not! At one time I couldn't get it to shut off at all. I think it's possible that that white plastic "L" shaped lever #2 may have slipped out of place ? Maybe it supposed to go over the pin on the metal lever #3 or on the other side? Is the #1 lever set up right? It can be easily lifted off! It will not trip the switch to make it return to shut off. If anybody has a PL-50 could you slide your platter off and tell me how these mechanics are set up? It would be a good time to drop a couple of drops of oil in the "oil hole" while you are there. The owners manual suggests that occasionally and also a couple of drops by the spindle too. Thanks for any help or suggestions! Answer: I just fixed the same problem with my newly acquired PL-50. It's been a while since your post, so I don't know if you still need help. But if not, maybe it will help someone else. As long as everything is still in it's proper place all you need is a few adjustments and some lubrication. First, take off the platter. Turn on the turntable, drop the tonearm down to the play position (don't forget to protect your needle or remove it!). Move the tonearm toward the spindle and then swing the end of the black arm mounted under the platter toward the power switch. This should activate the return mechanism. If this works, or mostly works, you should be able to fix it by following the steps below. Look at the black arm mounted under the platter. This arm swings out when the tonearm reaches the end of the record. A pin on the bottom of the platter then catches it and activates the return mechanism. If you look at the under side of the turntable, you will see a square plate attached to the underside of the black arm. If this plate does not move freely the mechanism will not work. Take the black arm off, remove the sleeve that holds the plate on (from the top), clean and oil it, and reassemble. I used Singer sewing machine oil and it seems to work well. From the bottom, you can adjust the screw that contacts the plate if necessary. This will change how far the tonearm goes before it activates the return mechanism. You're looking for a screw on the end of an arm that contacts the plate when the tonearm is moved toward the center of the platter. Next, look again at the black arm under the platter (from the top). When the arm is activated by the tonearm, the pin on the platter catches it and moves it farther. This moves an "L" shaped nylon arm which in turn moves a metal arm (it has a pin sticking up that contacts the nylon arm) which activates the return mechanism. The metal arm is adjustable and will not fully activate if not properly adjusted. Turn the turntable over and you will see a large metal plate. Just under the edge of the plate, you will see an adjustment screw. This will move the metal arm with the pin closer to the nylon arm. Adjust until the pin on the bottom of the platter is able to activate the return mechanism. It might take a few tries to get it right.
